Job Description:
NexLife is looking for a licensed nurse based in the Philippines to join our remote patient care team. This role is focused on conducting patient onboarding calls, supporting patients through their care journey, and answering medical questions based on NexLife’s approved medical protocols.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, professional, compassionate, and comfortable speaking with patients by phone or video.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding calls with new patients
  • Review patient needs and help guide them through the next steps
  • Answer medical questions using approved clinical protocols
  • Escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate medical provider when needed
  • Document patient communication accurately
  • Support patients with treatment-related questions, medication instructions, and follow-up needs
  • Work closely with the NexLife care team to provide a smooth patient experience

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed nurse
  • Must be located in the Philippines
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based patients
  • Experience in telehealth, patient support, or medical customer service is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow medical protocols carefully

Pay: Php400.00 - Php500.00 per hour
