Very Senior Bookkeeping Manager – Work with a Premium Australian CFO Firm

We are looking for the best of the best bookkeepers/accountants and will pay well above for the right person. This is a remote role perfect for someone working from home in the Philipinnes!

75,000 - 130,000 php per month subject to experience. Description:

Are you a seasoned bookkeeper who thrives in complexity and client communication? Do you enjoy owning the numbers and working closely with fast-moving businesses? Our premium CFO advisory firm is hiring a senior-level Bookkeeping Manager to join our elite virtual team. We want the most experienced bookkeeping on the market, who can train our future expanding team.

5+ years of experience with Australian clients, and using Xero is essential. We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and confidently manage 5-12 full-service clients from start to finish. This role includes:

End-to-end bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations

BAS and IAS preparation

Managing inter-entity journals and producing consolidated reports

Owning client communication (Slack, Zoom, or email)

Working directly with our internal CFOs and external client teams To succeed here, you MUST have:

Strong experience with Australian entities

Worked with businesses between $5M–$50M in revenue

Solid skills in multi-entity and consolidation accounting

Confidence in communicating directly with clients and answering high-level questions Qualifications needed:

  • MUST be a CPA license holder
  • Minimum 5+ years of practical experience servicing Australian clients/businesses.
  • Solid hands-on understanding of Australian GST, BAS/IAS preparation, and payroll (including STP Phase 2 and Superannuation compliance).
  • Advanced Xero skills is essential (Xero Advisor & Payroll Certifications preferred).
  • Experience with Dext, Hubdoc, MYOB, or XPM is a plus. What we offer:
