(REMOTE) Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and take the lead on a range of exciting creative projects.

This is an opportunity for a designer who is confident working from concept through to final production and has a strong understanding of signage, print production, pre-press, and digital design. You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality creative work while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing creative concepts and turning briefs into polished, production-ready designs. You’ll work across a variety of projects, ensuring every piece of artwork meets both creative and technical requirements.

You’ll also have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of projects, collaborate with different teams, and help develop the skills of junior members of the design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead graphic design projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, mock-ups, and artwork for print, digital, and signage applications.
  • Create and prepare accurate, print-ready artwork.
  • Apply strong knowledge of pre-press and production requirements.
  • Design artwork for signage and large-format applications.
  • Ensure consistency across branding, typography, layouts, and visual assets.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
  • Review artwork for quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Collaborate with production and other teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven senior-level experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical design capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with signage design and production.
  • Solid understanding of pre-press and print production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Previous Australian working experience.

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience working within a design or creative agency.
  • Experience across both print and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with Australian brands, clients, or production environments.
