What You'll Do

As a Remote USRN, you'll work as an extension of our clients' clinical teams by providing virtual nursing support, patient coordination, and clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care plan reviews
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Perform telehealth nursing support and patient follow-ups
  • Review and reconcile medication records
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation within EHR/EMR systems
  • Support delegation, care coordination, and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care
What We're Looking For

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
  • Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours

Nice to Have
  • Virtual Nursing or Remote USRN experience
  • BPO/CPO healthcare experience
  • Prior Authorization or Managed Care experience
  • Telehealth experience
  • Medication management and pharmacy coordination experience
