About the Client
A health and wellness e-commerce brand managing over 50 digital storefronts is looking for a Walmart Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of its Walmart business, from catalog and advertising through fulfillment.

Walmart is currently one of the company's most strategic marketplace channels, but responsibilities have been fragmented across multiple team members handling fulfillment, catalog, and marketing separately. This is the first time the company is hiring a dedicated, single point of accountability for the Walmart business.

About the Role
You'll own all Walmart US operations end-to-end, covering both 1P (Supplier One) and 3P WFS (Seller Center). You'll begin by aligning closely with leadership on strategy, then transition into fully independent management, making judgment calls on catalog health, advertising, and fulfillment without needing hand-holding. You'll also provide light marketing support across other marketplaces through keyword and campaign performance monitoring.

Success means measurable improvement in catalog health scores and advertising ROI, full ownership of the Walmart account with minimal supervision required, and strategic decision-making that goes beyond simply clicking platform recommendations.

Core Responsibilities

Catalog & Listing Management

  • Own end-to-end catalog health and listing optimization across Walmart 1P and 3P
  • Fix listing errors, update product content, and onboard new items to the platform
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for keyword ranking and searchability
  • Strategically evaluate platform recommendations to improve catalog health scores rather than applying them mechanically

Advertising & PPC Management

  • Manage Walmart Connect advertising campaigns across both 1P and 3P marketplaces
  • Optimize existing PPC campaigns and build new strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct keyword research using Helium 10 and other relevant tools
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Oversee inventory planning and replenishment for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
  • Manage order fulfillment processes and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor out-of-stock situations and coordinate with internal teams to maintain inventory health
  • Coordinate promotions and pricing strategies for the 3P marketplace

Cross-Marketplace Marketing Support

  • Monitor product rankings for target keywords on non-Walmart marketplaces
  • Analyze advertising campaign performance on other platforms
  • Conduct keyword research to support broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 1-2+ years of dedicated, hands-on Walmart marketplace management experience, with full-cycle ownership from product onboarding through fulfillment
  • Proven experience navigating both Walmart Supplier One (1P) and Walmart Seller Center (3P) platforms
  • Hands-on management of Walmart Connect advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimization, and budget allocation
  • Experience with catalog and listing optimization for keyword ranking and search visibility on Walmart
  • Working knowledge of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), including inventory planning and replenishment
  • Client-side marketplace management experience (brand or agency), not solely internal Walmart corporate experience
  • English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing fluency required)

Nice-to-Have

  • Proficiency with Scintilla for Walmart performance reporting
  • Experience with Helium 10 for Walmart-specific keyword research
  • Prior Amazon marketplace (FBA) experience
  • Background working with health and wellness or CPG brands
  • Experience at a brand (not an aggregator) with dedicated ownership of a single marketplace account

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills
  • Remote Work: Fully remote—work from anywhere
  • Team Incentives: Recognition for maintaining 100% CRM hygiene and on-time reporting
  • Generous PTO: In accordance with company policy
  • Health Coverage for PH-based talents: HMO coverage after 3 months for full-time employees
  • Direct Mentorship: Guidance from international industry experts
  • Learning & Development: Ongoing access to resources for professional growth
  • Global Networking: Connect with professionals worldwide
