Position: <strong>Rendering Artist<br><br></strong><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Rendering Artist</strong> who can take existing Canva presentations and transform the concepts into professional, realistic designs and renderings using <strong>SketchUp, V-Ray, CAD, and Revit</strong>. The ideal candidate has strong rendering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn visual concepts into polished 3D presentations.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Convert Canva presentations and design concepts into detailed 3D models and renderings.</li><li>Create and modify designs using SketchUp and other CAD software.</li><li>Produce high-quality, realistic renderings using V-Ray.</li><li>Use Revit when required for modeling and design development.</li><li>Ensure renderings accurately reflect the provided concepts, layouts, and design requirements.</li><li>Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements.</li><li>Organize and maintain project files and design assets.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience as a Rendering Artist, 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong experience with SketchUp and V-Ray.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD and Revit.</li><li>Experience working with Canva and converting presentations or visual concepts into professional designs.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to produce realistic, high-quality renderings.</li><li>Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into accurate 3D models.</li><li>Good communication and ability to work independently.</li><li>Portfolio of previous 3D modeling/rendering work is highly preferred.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Software<br><br></strong><ul><li>CAD – MUST</li><li>SketchUp – MUST</li><li>V-Ray – MUST</li><li>Canva – MUST</li><li>Revit – MUST<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Schedule<br><br></strong><strong>9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST<br><br></strong><strong>Candidate Preference<br><br></strong><strong>Gender:</strong> Open to all candidates.
