Reports Analyst (Entry Level)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Support:

  • Handle maintenance and update up to level 2 requests from the ticketing system
  • Assist in the development of simple dashboards or visualizations to communicate key data points effectively
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to data analysis and reporting activities

Data Gathering & Maintenance:

  • Gather and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems
  • Data Maintenance: Perform basic data cleaning and deduplication tasks
  • Identify and resolve minor data inconsistencies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain reports using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic reporting tools

  • Utilize intermediate Excel/Google Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) for data analysis

  • Create basic charts and graphs (bar charts, pie charts, line graphs) to visualize data

  • Prepare and present data findings in a clear and concise manner

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • 0 - 1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

  • Strong skills in basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic charts)

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, including the Query function

  • Basic data cleaning, deduplication, and validation skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Good verbal and written English skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve basic data-related issues

  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong

  • Amenable working night shift
