About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Online Counsellor to join our helpline team, providing immediate counselling support to our callers. As a Helpline Counsellor, you will work reputed company from home, with the flexibility to choose from a reputed company of shifts. You will be part of a supportive team, with reputed company to reputed company supervision, training, and CPD opportunities. Once you have completed 6 months on the helpline, you will have the reputed company to reputed company short-term counselling sessions, offering reputed company and reputed company to work towards accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company immediate, in-the-reputed company counselling support to callers, answering queries and offering guidance on mental health and wellbeing.
  • Conduct reputed company mental health assessments to inform reputed company decision-making and ensure the best possible reputed company for callers.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Counselling Qualification, ideally a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above).
  • BACP (or equivalent - NCS Accredited reputed company status is also accepted) Registered Membership, with a preference for those working towards accredited status.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles.
  • Self-motivation and confidence in remote working, with the ability to cover agreed shift patterns.
  • Competent IT skills, including experience of MS Office and MS Teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are desirable:

  • Previous experience of working overnight or in a similar shift reputed company.
  • Experience of working in a helpline or reputed company centre environment, providing immediate support to callers.
  • Knowledge of mental health assessments and reputed company decision-making frameworks.
