As a Medical Record Retriever and Data Entry Clerk, you will work closely with our Medical reputed company team to retrieve medical records, reputed company data entry, and assist in the review of HEDIS measures. You will also be responsible for Critical Incident Reporting (CIR) data entry activities, including obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data, and reporting utilizing data mining tools and software systems.
