Qualifications: - Active RN license (Philippines – must be valid and in good standing). - Minimum 3 years of home health administration or management experience (US home health preferred). - Minimum 2 years of home health coding experience with OASIS review. - Certified OASIS Specialist‑Clinical (COS‑C) and/or Home Health Coding Specialist (HCS‑D) strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). - Deep understanding of OASIS data items, ICD-10 coding, PDGM, and Medicare home health regulations. - Proficient with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Kinnser, WellSky, HCHB, or similar). - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup. What We Offer: - Competitive salary – discussed during interview based on experience. - Comprehensive benefits package (details provided to final candidates). - 100% remote – work from anywhere in the Philippines. - Opportunity to grow with a supportive, US-based home health agency. - A leadership role where your clinical and coding expertise are equally valued.
