Reservation and Sales Agent

Our Reservations & Sales Agent will be responsible for managing reservations across hotel accommodations, spa services, restaurant bookings, weddings, and special events, while actively identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to maximize revenue.

Reservation Management

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for hotel stays, spa appointments, restaurant reservations, weddings, and events.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the booking system.
  • Send booking confirmations and reservation details to guests.
  • Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and upsell room upgrades, packages, spa treatments, dining experiences, event services, and other revenue-generating offerings.
  • Identify guest needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales conversion and revenue targets.
  • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve booking-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations, spa teams, restaurant staff, and event coordinators to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Functional Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple booking requests simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong sales and upselling experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or premium guest services.
  • Familiarity with revenue optimization and sales techniques.
  • Proven experience handling reservations for hotels, resorts, hospitality venues, or travel services.
  • Experience using reservation management systems and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with phone systems and customer communication tools.

Education and Work Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or a related customer-facing role.

Pay: Php16,760.93 - Php29,809.68 per month
