Position Title: Retail Intern - Pricing & Data Encoder

Department: Retail Department

I. Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Intern to support our retail operations, primarily in pricing management and data encoding. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate product pricing, updating records, organizing data, and ensuring information entered into the system is complete and error-free. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly attentive to detail, and able to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.

II. Internship Details

  • Duration: 450 hours minimum

  • Allowance: ₱300 per 8-hour workday

  • Location: 7th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, BGC

III. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining accurate product pricing in company systems and records.

  • Encode and update product, pricing, inventory, and other retail data accurately.

  • Review and verify encoded information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Identify pricing or data discrepancies and promptly report issues to the supervisor.

  • Support administrative and retail operations tasks such as filing, report preparation, and coordination with relevant teams.

IV. Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • Students from other degree programs are also welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.

  • Strong data entry and encoding skills with high accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of file management and report preparation.

  • Familiarity with retail, inventory, or pricing systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
