About The Role

As a Sales Admin, you will be handling multiple data entry tasks concurrently. You will be responsible for managing brand products and loading them into the system. This role is essential to supporting and maintaining existing internal tools and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle multiple data entry tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Support and maintain existing internal tools and systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring high-quality information is entered into systems.
  • Ability to quickly turn around new item forms and promotional forms through excel or retailer portals.
  • Manage product-related data and ensure accurate records of product information are maintained across systems.
  • Coordinate with team members and all brands to gather and distribute information, ensuring alignment and clarity across departments.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2-4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Experience working within a US based company
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Monday.com or any similar project management tools
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate data entry

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledgeable in creating basic data visualizations (charts, graphs, or tables) to summarize and present data
  • Experience in the Logistics Industry
  • Familiarity with PIM and DAM System.
