Mandatory Requirements
- Strong background in sales with a solid understanding of key sales principles, including maintenance of baselines, promotions, pricing, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Sum & Average, SumIfs and Macros.
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail – data integrity and accuracy are critical to this role.
- Highly analytical— with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Confident enough to challenge or ask questions when data or information looks incorrect.
- Ability to accurately transfer data from various sources into TPM systems.
- Highly organised— able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional, dynamic team, and able to work independently.
- Support the National Business Manager (NBM) and sales teams with key data administration tasks.
- Input and maintain key data in Promax (TPM), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Accurately transfer data from various sources into TPM/Promax systems.
- Maintain baselines, promotions, pricing and forecasts, ensuring Promax matches what is loaded in customer portals and promotional advice forms.
- Review forecast accuracy against business plans.
- Providing key insights on data and data-driven recommendations
- Identifying issues/ discrepancies with data
- Attend Pre S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) Forecast meetings to take action notes and reflect changes in Promax.
- Assist with data audit requirements and data matching from various sources.
- Complete weekly (or as required) promotional reconciliation – scan promotions vs. accrued scan monies – and provide written feedback on whether promotions met, exceeded, or fell below expectations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales data reports in Excel, categorised by SKU, account, and area.
- Provide key insights and data-driven recommendations and identify issues or discrepancies in data.
- Use Excel for data analysis—Pivot tables, V Lookups, Sum & Average, Sum Ifs and Macros.
- Handle ad hoc administrative requests in support of the sales team.
- 2 + years proven previous experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

- Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization Tools (TPO)
- A degree/ background in Business Administration, Information systems, Data Analytics, Accounting or a related field.
