Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Sales Representative to support lead generation and sales activities for an Australian real estate business. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) requiring strong communication skills, consistent availability, and a proactive approach to engaging prospects.

The role focuses on converting leads, maintaining consistent communication, and supporting the sales pipeline, with performance measured primarily on lead conversion and engagement quality. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with the team through structured check-ins and daily updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions
  • Support sales activities and pipeline management
  • Communicate professionally with clients via calls, messaging platforms, and email
  • Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during working hours
  • Provide daily updates and end-of-day reports on activities and outcomes
  • Participate in daily standups and weekly check-ins
  • Accurately update CRM or tracking systems with lead and interaction data
  • Build basic understanding of Australian real estate processes and client needs

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience or exposure to the Australian real estate market is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountability
  • Strong responsiveness and communication discipline (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp)
  • Comfortable working part-time hours aligned to Melbourne time (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and results-driven

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Part-time role (20 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Melbourne time)
  • Fully remote work setup
  • Daily standups and structured reporting for performance tracking
