Sanitary Design Engineer (Project Hire)

Job Summary:

The Design Engineer (Sanitary) prepares and reviews sanitary designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop sanitary and plumbing designs for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Design stormwater drainage systems, sewerage networks, and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Perform hydraulic and load calculations for plumbing and sanitation systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with local plumbing and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to integrate sanitary designs into overall project plans.
  • Provide technical support and resolve design issues during project implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering must be a licensed professional.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sanitary and plumbing design for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and EPANET,.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing and sanitation codes (e.g., National Plumbing Code of the Philippines, DOH, DPWH standards, and relevant LGU regulations).
  • Experience in designing stormwater drainage systems, wastewater treatment, and plumbing layouts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with project documentation, cost estimation, and technical reports is a plus.
  • Preferably with BIM experience
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Employment Status: Project Hire

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm) - WFH setup every other week of Friday.
