SAP Functional Consultant

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Conduct meeting, presentation and liaise with various stakeholders and concerned parties in gathering information, sharing ideas, analysis, documentation and findings - Translate gathered business and functional requirements and perform detailed analysis from simple to complex design, solution and output and solutions to meet business and user requirements - Assist in the test activities such as but not limited to system, integration and user acceptance testing to verify and validate functional design and solution - Analyze incidents, gaps, issues, roadblocks and risks, and report, set priorities, escalate and provide immediate and/or permanent solution - Work and assist the project teams to ensure the successful implementation to meet its quality goals at the best value and based on the customer expectation - Ensure security requirements and controls are incorporated in the functional solutions are being tested. - Keep up to date to latest SAP processes and modules for the improvement of the SAP system and interfaces - Prepare training materials and provide the assistance in conducting the training to users or other members of the team - Responsible for the information security by protecting confidential information from unauthorized access, ensuring the integrity of the information and information system, taking appropriate measures to manage security risks and following and complying with the laws, legislations and terms of contracts. - Perform other duties as assigned, if necessary *QUALIFICATIONS:* - Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree (Computer Science or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and support - Must have SAP FICO, S/4 HANA and SAP ECC technical and functional knowledge, implementation and maintenance and support experience - Knowledge and some experience with the following are an advantage: SAP business process, SAP Standard and Custom Reports, SAP modules such as but not limited to PS, SD, MM, WM; accounting principles and business processes - Proven leadership experience in managing SAP systems - Demonstrates success as problem solver - Ability to apply security controls in the design of processes - Analytical, team player and dynamic - Ability to execute and plan for the SAP development of identified requirements - Effective communication skills
