Senior AI Learning Trainer

We are seeking an innovative Senior AI Learning Trainer to design and deliver advanced training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and digital transformation tools. You will lead capability building initiatives to help employees and stakeholders effectively adopt and leverage AI technologies in their daily work, driving productivity and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver AI-focused training programs (e.g., AI fundamentals, Generative AI, machine learning basics, AI tools and applications).
  • Develop engaging learning content including interactive modules, case studies, simulations, and hands-on labs.
  • Conduct training sessions across virtual, hybrid, and classroom environments for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into simple, practical use cases that are easy to understand and apply.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously enhance learning programs.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI skill gaps and learning roadmaps.
  • Support adoption of enterprise AI tools by providing user training, guides, and best practices.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and mentor junior trainers or content developers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in AI, automation, and digital learning technologies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or technical enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), and digital technologies.
  • Proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences, including non-technical users.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and LMS platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
