About the Role The Senior Amazon Account Manager is a full-time, remote role owning and growing a portfolio of Amazon seller and vendor accounts. You'll drive day-to-day performance and long-term strategy, acting as the trusted point of contact who turns account data into measurable growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Own day-to-day account performance across listing optimization, pricing strategy, advertising campaigns, and inventory planning
  • Analyze account data to spot growth opportunities and build strategic plans that lift conversion rate, ROAS, and overall revenue
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their goals, communicate performance insights, and recommend clear action plans
  • Coordinate with internal specialists to execute the work and QA it before it reaches the client
  • Safeguard account health by ensuring Amazon policy compliance and proactively resolving operational issues

Qualifications

  • Strong Amazon marketplace expertise: Seller Central, Vendor Central, listing optimization, and account health management
  • eCommerce strategy and operations: pricing, promotions, catalog management, and inventory forecasting
  • Amazon Advertising proficiency: campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Data analysis and reporting: interpreting metrics, building dashboards, and translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Client-facing skills: relationship management, expectation setting, and explaining complex topics in accessible language
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior senior account management or eCommerce consulting experience, ideally focused on Amazon or similar marketplaces
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, Amazon reporting suites, and third-party analytics or optimization platforms
  • Experience across diverse brands and product categories, with a track record of driving measurable growth
