This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment while speaking with senior decision-makers at some of the world's leading healthcare, marketing services and tech companies.

This is primarily a telephone-based business development role. You'll spend a significant part of each day speaking directly with prospects, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach. You'll receive excellent training, work alongside a fun and collaborative global team, and enjoy strong progression opportunities as you help our clients achieve their new business objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to accelerate their career in international B2B sales with real employment security, full Philippine statutory benefits, and a stable schedule.

About AngsanaFounded in 2006, Angsana is a specialist lead generation and appointment-setting agency with offices in London and Sheffield. We help our clients define compelling new business propositions and use a mix of cold outreach: phone, email automation, and LinkedIn customisation to set up meetings with senior decision-makers across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.

We are proud to be accredited as DBA Expert Advisors for Business Development, a reflection of our results-driven approach and reputation for high-quality lead generation.

Our Senior BDR hire in the Philippines will have access to full training, direct access to the UK team, and the chance to grow with us as the team expands.

  • Making outbound calls to senior decision-makers to start meaningful business conversations, identify opportunities and book qualified meetings for our clients
  • Following up with prospects who have engaged with email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Managing multiple client accounts with professionalism and organisation
  • Developing an understanding of different client propositions, target markets and industries
  • Working closely with the UK team to deliver campaigns and hit targets
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture

  • Previous experience making outbound B2B calls into UK, European, US or other international markets
  • Understanding of the marketing services, healthcare or tech sectors (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and account management capability
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent)
  • Legally able to work in the Philippines
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team
  • Reliable home working setup: quiet space, fibre internet (25+ Mbps) with backup connectivity
  • Able to provide strong professional references
Benefits
  • Uncapped commission - good performers typically earn around ₱50,000 per month in additional commission, with the opportunity to earn more
  • 13th month pay (statutory, paid in December)
  • HMO healthcare coverage from day one
  • 10 days paid sick leave
  • 12 days paid vacation leave plus Philippine public holidays
  • Company-provided laptop and equipment
  • Monthly salary paid in PHP with full SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions
