Our Senior Growth Manager will be an integral part of our Marketing Organization. This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden and Eastern Europe countries.

The Opportunity
DoiT is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help accelerate demand for our Cloud Intelligence business units , which includes our cloud services and procurement offerings, our FinOps platform, as well as our Channel Program. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role will own key parts of our digital acquisition engine and play a central role in driving pipeline for the sales organization.

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising programs that generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, and will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our growth programs are aligned with business priorities.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable moving quickly. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of results, and enjoys continuously testing and improving programs to drive measurable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and scale DoiT’s paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaign structure, targeting, and performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Own the relationship and performance management of paid media agencies and freelance specialists.
  • Partner with agencies and freelancers to achieve lead generation targets and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Own and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Manage the paid media budget in partnership with global and regional marketing teams and with Cloud providers (AWS and Google) to optimize the utilization of Marketing Development Funds(MDFs).
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and launch campaign assets.
  • Track and report on paid ads and ABM performance weekly, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align growth initiatives with revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
  • Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigning, particularly in paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit and Google.
  • Experience with launching and optimizing digital advertising acquisition campaigns that drive conversion to sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Possess a deep understanding of digital advertising economics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline efficiency, with the ability to model, analyze, and optimize spend to maximize lead quality and revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
  • Proven track record of managing agency relationships and external partners to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
