Come and Join a growing and dynamic Group of Digital Communication Agencies located in both great cities in the Philippines - Makati & Cebu Office Location: Exportbank Plaza, Makati City Reporting to: Senior HR Manager Individual contributor The Senior HR Associate (C&B + Admin) is a generalist who is responsible in overseeing the following major HR facets: - Compensation & Benefits - HR Services - HR Platforms and Tools - Labor Relations - Administration The Senior HR Associate’s main objective is to administer company-fit rewards, cost-efficient benefits, improved and innovative HR & Administration Services to employees. They are also responsible in dealing with employee relations, particularly employee engagement. - RESPONSIBILITIES - Compensation & Benefits - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring payroll timeliness and accuracy, - Monitor compliance with approved timekeeping and payroll policies and procedures, - Implement processes relative to mandatory government benefits and company benefits, such as leave monitoring, company loans, and provident funds, - Collaborate with Management, Finance, and other departments that may be involved to develop, test, and implement new and/or updated system processes and improvements as assigned, - Generate timekeeping, payroll, and benefits data and reports as needed. - HR Services - Implement day-to-day HR Services with the team ensuring timely responses to employee concerns, - Generate related HR services data and reports as needed. - Administration - Oversee the completion and compliance of office documentation with all relevant government agencies, - Oversee and provide support in office inspections, repairs, renovations, etc., ensuring the upkeep of equipment and supplies for the health, safety, and comfort of employees, - Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc., - Handle insurance plans and service contracts, - Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs, while performing analysis and forecasting of services, utilities, etc. - HR Platforms & Tools - Handle regular updates such as changes or deletions of information in all platforms and tools used by the HR team, such as HRIS, payroll trackers or systems, etc., - Generate company-wide data and reports in a timely manner, including turnover rates, KPI-related data, etc., - Administer data analysis from generated reports and provide recommendations for changes and improvements. - Labor Relations - Engagement Activities - Lead the development of strategies, budgeting, and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement in the organization, - Oversee the delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities such as town hall meetings, team buildings, anniversaries, etc. - General Duties and Responsibilities - Recommend and implement improvements to processes, procedures, policies, and workflows to create efficiencies in relative functions assigned to them, - Conduct ongoing research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices in the assigned HR facets, - Provide information on systems and processes, and offer guidance on issues as appropriate, - Escalate high-level and service-related issues to the immediate manager, - Supervise a team responsible with HR facets assigned to their function, including hiring, evaluating, training, disciplining, and recommending dismissal of team members as necessary, while adjusting workloads as needed, - Create and present KPI reports, - Perform related duties as assigned. - QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, - At least 2 to 3 years of proven working experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Labor Relations, - At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, Admin Services and HRIS, - Familiarity with organizational psychology, labor market surveys, benefits and incentives, - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with conflict resolution experience, - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, - Strong decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, - Strong consistency and attention to detail, - Experience in project management, budgeting and people management, - Extensive knowledge in any HRIS tool and MS Office, - Ability to function in a global team environment, - Open to a multicultural work environment.
