One of London's most up-and-coming interior design studios is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its close-knit, rapidly growing team. Founded in London and now part of a wider international design network, the studio creates emotive, atmospheric interiors deeply rooted in each client's brand and location, with in-house textile, industrial and product design expertise, and a strong focus on the end-to-end guest experience.With headquarters in London and studios globally, the team is reshaping the future of hospitality and leisure design. This is an opportunity for an experienced designer to take real ownership of projects, lead client relationships and shape the next chapter of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial studio.
The Role
You'll bring extensive experience across high-end residential, F&B and hospitality interiors, with strong proficiency from concept design through to FF&E. This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll lead projects, build direct relationships with clients, contractors, makers and artisans, and mentor junior designers within a small, fast-growing team. You'll be ready to take real ownership as both the projects and the studio grow.Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects, from concept design through to FF&E
- Develop creative ideas, produce 3D models and prepare concept presentations
- Produce detailed design documentation packages, including drawings and specifications
- Own client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout each project
- Manage relationships with contractors, makers, artisans and suppliers
- Source products for fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration items and material samples
- Mentor and oversee junior interior designers
About You
- Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 10+ years' luxury hospitality experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Enscape experience an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
