Senior Systems Administration

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM to 4:00PM PHT) The Senior Systems Administrator supports multiple client environments while driving the standardization, documentation, and scalability of systems and processes. Working closely with the Head of Technology, the role focuses on translating technical knowledge into structured, repeatable workflows and establishing consistent baseline practices across cloud and endpoint platforms. This position requires a proactive, systems-thinking approach, with the ability to operate in evolving environments, improve operational maturity, and deliver scalable, process-driven IT services with minimal reliance on tribal knowledge. What are we looking for? - Minimum 5 years' experience in an MSP or multi-client environment, supporting multiple tenants and servicing AU or US-based clients. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Conditional Access), with the ability to independently manage identity, security, and endpoint configurations. - Experience with PSA and RMM platforms (e.g. HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Datto RMM, Kaseya), covering ticketing, documentation, time management, monitoring, alerting, backup, patching, vulnerability management, endpoint maintenance, and SaaS administration. - Experience supporting Apple/macOS environments using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, or exposure to Apple device management with the ability to quickly adapt in an Apple-centric environment. - Experience administering Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, SSO, and access controls across collaboration platforms. - Strong understanding of SLA-driven support environments, change management processes, technical documentation, and operational workflows. - Exposure to automation, process improvement, delegation workflows, and fleet/device management is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to standardize systems and processes across different environments, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to produce clear technical documentation, including procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base content. Nice To Have - Certifications in Microsoft (identity, security, or enterprise administration), Apple or Jamf, Google Workspace, ITIL, or security/compliance are highly regarded.
