Senior Systems Administrator – End User Computing

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on end‑user computing, endpoint reliability, and advanced technical support. The role serves as a senior escalation point within the Helpdesk function and works closely with IT leadership to ensure a secure, stable, and well‑managed digital workplace.</p><p>This position is hands‑on and execution‑focused, ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, system administration, and process discipline without people management responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Senior Helpdesk Support and Escalation</strong></p><p> • Act as a senior escalation point for complex Helpdesk issues</p><p> • Resolve advanced hardware, software, operating system, and access‑related issues</p><p> • Support ticket triage and escalation workflows aligned with SLAs</p><p> • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to Helpdesk team members</p><p><strong>Endpoint Administration (Intune and Autopilot)</strong></p><p> • Administer and support the Microsoft Intune environment</p><p> • Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments</p><p> • Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle management</p><p> • Ensure endpoints remain secure, compliant, and consistently configured</p><p><strong>Windows 10/11 Administration</strong></p><p> • Serve as a senior resource for Windows 10/11 endpoint issues</p><p> • Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware, and peripheral issues</p><p> • Maintain and support standard workstation builds and configurations</p><p><strong>Microsoft 365 Administration</strong></p><p> • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive</p><p> • Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning</p><p> • Manage access and support identity and security integrations such as MFA and device compliance</p><p><strong>Documentation and Process Adherence</strong></p><p> • Maintain and update IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles</p><p> • Follow and reinforce established processes for onboarding, offboarding, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management</p><p> • Identify recurring issues and escalate improvement recommendations</p><p><strong>Patch and Software Management</strong></p><p> • Execute and monitor endpoint patching for operating systems and applications</p><p> • Ensure endpoints adhere to approved software versions and configurations</p><p> • Support remediation of non‑compliant devices</p><p><strong>Global User Support</strong></p><p> • Provide end‑user support for employees across different regions, including U.S. time zone overlap when required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p> • 5–8 years of experience in Systems Administration, End User Computing, or senior IT Support roles</p><p> • Strong hands‑on experience supporting Windows 10/11</p><p> • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments</p><p> • Practical hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (required)</p><p> • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across OS, applications, and hardware</p><p> • Strong documentation and communication skills</p><p> • Willing to report to the office 1–2 times per week</p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p> • Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces</p><p> • Exposure to Windows Autopilot</p><p> • Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender or Sophos</p><p> • PowerShell or scripting experience for administrative efficiency</p><p> • Interest in continued growth in endpoint or systems administration</p>
