Hometown Roofing & Restoration is a growing roofing and restoration company based in Texas, and we're building a creative and technology team in Cebu to support our long-term growth.

We're looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Web Designer to lead the design of our new website and future digital marketing projects. This is an opportunity to become one of the first members of our Cebu team and help shape the future of our company.

What You'll Do

  • Design a modern, high-converting WordPress website in Figma
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive layouts
  • Design landing pages for Google Ads and marketing campaigns
  • Focus on user experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Help establish our company's design standards and branding
  • Work closely with our WordPress developer during implementation
  • Collaborate directly with the owner throughout the design process
  • Continue improving our website and digital marketing assets as the company grows
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional web design experience
  • Advanced Figma skills
  • Strong portfolio of modern website designs
  • Experience designing responsive websites
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take feedback and continually improve designs
  • Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing WordPress websites
  • Familiarity with Elementor
  • Experience designing landing pages that convert
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position.

You'll primarily work remotely but should live in or near Cebu City and be available to meet in person several times each week for planning sessions, design reviews, and collaboration.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience.
