Senior Video Specialist (Work From Home – Philippines)

At Getting Attention, we help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations amplify their voice through innovative Google Ads and digital marketing strategies. From education and healthcare to social justice and environmental sustainability, our work supports causes that make a real difference.

Why Getting Attention?

  • Purpose-Driven – Your work will directly support nonprofits and help them expand their reach to drive real-world change.

  • Be the Face & the Strategist – You won’t just make videos—you’ll shape our video identity and grow our audience into a trusted community.

  • Global Team, Creative Culture – Collaborate with a diverse international team that values innovation, storytelling, and results.

  • Career Growth – We’ll turn you into a Google Ad Grant expert (no prior knowledge needed) while giving you room to refine your craft and grow your influence.

  • Generous Time Off – Enjoy 20 PTO days each year, U.S. holidays, plus additional “life leave” to recharge when you need it most.

If you’re passionate about using your skills to support organizations making a difference and want to be part of a dynamic, mission-focused team, we’d love to have you join us!

We’re looking for a one-person video powerhouse to lead our video strategy end-to-end. If you’ve got the skills, the presence, and the vision to own a channel and grow an engaged audience—you’re exactly who we want.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our content – Script, film, and present short- and long-form videos on YouTube, Vimeo, and social platforms.

  • Own the video strategy – Manage the entire approach from ideation to publishing, with freedom to test and innovate.

  • Educate & inspire – Create videos on Google Ads and nonprofit marketing topics (we’ll train you on the subject matter).

  • Grow our audience – Build a consistent, engaged community of nonprofit leaders who see Getting Attention as the go-to resource.

  • Produce with flair – Edit high-quality, polished videos using tools like DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with AI tools available to support where helpful.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional video experience, with a strong portfolio.

  • On-camera confidence and a personable, engaging style.

  • Native-level spoken and written English.

  • Proven success leading and executing video strategy, not just production.

  • Skilled with YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and editing software.

  • Experience scripting and storyboarding a plus.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the nonprofit world.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re not hiring just anyone—we’re looking for standout candidates who:

  • Have fantastic English (written & spoken) and strong communication skills.

  • Are graduates from the top universities (UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST) with a high GWA.

  • Are eager to grow into roles in the nonprofit and digital marketing space.

  • Are motivated, quick learners, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Work Setup

  • 100% remote – we provide equipment and software.

  • Night shift alignment preferred (8 AM – 5 PM EST), but split shift options may be discussed.

If you’re ready to step up as the face and strategist of a video channel with purpose, apply today and help nonprofits around the world get the attention they deserve!
