•Collaborate with sales, brand, and category teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.

•Manage activation calendars, promotions, and in-store/online executions to drive shopper engagement and conversion.

•Oversee the development of retailer-specific POS, digital assets, and in-store communications.

•Analyse campaign performance and report on key KPIs and ROI, using insights to inform future activity.

•Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and retail partners.

•Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

•3–5 years' experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation (FMCG or healthcare/pharma background preferred).

•Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail media, and channel dynamics.

•Proven experience activating campaigns across pharmacy or grocery retail channels.

•Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.

•Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, brand, and category teams.

•Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.

•Able to commit to one day per month on-site in Berkshire.

What’s On Offer

•The opportunity to own shopper marketing campaigns for well-known healthcare products.

•A highly flexible, remote-first role with minimal travel requirements.

•A supportive and collaborative marketing team environment.

•Competitive salary and pro-rata benefits package.

•The chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-led sector.
