About AI training and why it matters

AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work that powers modern machine learning: people review, classify, and improve examples that models learn from. The role — what you'll do

You will work as a Labeler/SME reviewing, categorizing, annotating, and evaluating technical programming content in one narrowly chosen specialty. Tasks include code labeling, evaluation/rating of responses, and writing or ranking model outputs (SFT-style). Your annotations will be used to build and refine training datasets for AI systems.
