Social Media & Email Marketing Support

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Email Marketing Support to take ownership of their digital presence. In this role, you will drive brand visibility by managing daily social media postings, launching strategic email marketing campaigns to past guests, and executing targeted digital outreach to capture the Las Vegas convention and corporate event market. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to turn content themes and an extensive media library into highly engaging, analytical-driven digital strategies.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily social media posting across all platforms to maintain consistent brand visibility
  • Plan, create, and distribute email marketing campaigns targeting past tour guests for reviews, social media shares, and referral program participation
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting the convention and corporate event market in Las Vegas
  • Monitor social media engagement metrics and website traffic to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategy
  • Organize and maintain a content calendar aligned with themes and storylines provided by the marketing team
  • Assist with content creation using the company's extensive library of photos and videos as familiarity with the brand grows
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of email marketing campaign strategy and execution
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and proper brand representation in all communications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret engagement and traffic data
  • Professional written communication skills with clear, professional English
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining organized workflows
