Fenti Marketing is a fast-paced, full-service marketing agency based on the outskirts of Sheffield. We work across B2B and B2C sectors, delivering strategic, creative campaigns that drive real results.

We are looking for a confident, proactive Social Media Executive / Content Creator who understands how to turn social strategy into engagement and is excited to get stuck in with clients.

Job Description

The role:

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can plan, create and deliver high-performing social content across multiple platforms. You’ll be working across a range of industries, building content strategies, filming on-site, creating engaging video, and supporting wider digital campaigns.

Role key activities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across different industries
  • Plan and schedule engaging content aligned with client objectives
  • Create high-quality content for posts, including short-form videos
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions with strong copywriting principles
  • Build and execute creative social media strategy campaigns
  • Manage your own workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to improve our social media presence

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

Beneficial:

  • Experience within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe)

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and campaign planning
  • Experience creating both image and video content (filming & editing skills essential inCapCut or similar)
  • Excellent copywriting skills for captions and campaign messaging
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Creative thinker who brings proactive ideas to the table
  • Knowledge of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
  • Friendly, outgoing and confident
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
