We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager who can build engaging online communities, create compelling content, and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Write compelling captions and collaborate with designers or create graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and partnership opportunities when needed.
  • Perform other marketing and social media-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or agency.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with content planning, copywriting, and audience engagement.
  • Proficient in Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and interpreting social media performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
