Job Summary

We are seeking a Spanish Admin VA to manage daily communications across social media and messaging platforms. This role centers on handling direct messages, responding to client inquiries via WhatsApp, and maintaining organized, timely communication in Spanish. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) and brings strong organizational skills with a friendly, professional communication style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming direct messages across social media platforms in Spanish
  • Handle WhatsApp communications with clients, making sure responses are timely and professional
  • Monitor social media inboxes and flag urgent messages or inquiries for follow-up
  • Maintain organized records of conversations and client interactions
  • Draft and send messages, follow-ups, and replies in Spanish with appropriate tone and accuracy
  • Coordinate with the team to relay important client requests or feedback
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to communication management
  • Keep a consistent brand voice and professionalism across all messaging channels
Mandatory Skills:
  • Fluent in Spanish — must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish at a professional level
  • Experience managing social media direct messages and/or WhatsApp communications
  • Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
