Rafeek Basheer Medical Services is seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its healthcare team in Qatar. The successful candidates will provide professional nursing care, monitor patients' conditions, assist with treatments and procedures, and ensure high standards of patient safety and comfort. Registered Nurses with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic are encouraged to apply.
Staff Nurse
Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a hospital or clinic.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
Good clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-oriented.
Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Able to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients.
Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical examinations and procedures.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records and patient documentation.
Assist patients with their healthcare and daily medical needs.
Provide health education and appropriate guidance to patients and their families.
Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety procedures.
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with hospital or clinic policies and professional nursing standards.
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing professional development activities.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervising physician.
