Human Resources Department Interns</strong></p><ul><li>Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>II. Safety Department Interns</strong></p><ul><li>Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline</li><li>Supporting safety programs and activities such as the HSO Convention, Safety Campaigns, FOD Walks, Safety Driving Sprint, and other activities.</li><li>Helping gather and organize safety data and information</li><li>Organizing and updating our safety documents and files.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>III. Information Technology Department Interns</strong></p><ul><li>Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline</li><li>Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT systems.</li><li>Support the IT team in data management, system documentation, and technical administrative tasks.</li><li>Assist in monitoring network operations, resolving user concerns, and ensuring proper IT equipment and asset management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a <strong>third or fourth-year college student</strong> currently enrolled in a university with a degree in <strong><em><u>Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.</u></em></strong></li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Amenable to working onsite in Pasay City (Domestic Road) for the entire duration of the internship</li><li><strong>Minimum of 300 Hours required</strong></li><li>Passionate about the aviation/ground handling industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Note</em></strong><em>: Due to its urgency, the qualified Student Intern will be deployed as soon as possible.</em></p>
