About the Internship Program

As an Enderun Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain firsthand exposure to the operations of a leading educational institution.

What You'll Do

During your internship, you will:
  • Support daily operations and department initiatives
  • Assist with administrative and project-based tasks
  • Collaborate with professionals across various teams
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide support in customer and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Contribute to a department capstone project showcasing your skills and learning
  • Develop professional competencies through hands-on experience

What We're Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program requiring internship/OJT hours
  • Able to complete a minimum of 600 internship hours
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
  • For Enderun Extension applicants: willing to work onsite at Estancia or The Podium
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a professional environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, social media platforms, and email applications
