Tech VA for Coaching Business (GHL, Zapier, Google Sheets)

We are looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant to join our coaching business on a part-time basis with room to grow as the business scales.

We are a small team of 7, but we continue to grow every month. You will work alongside our Founder/CEO, myself (currently managing our marketing & tech), our general VA, 2 closers (sales reps) and 2 appointment setters (assistant sales reps).

Your core tasks will be handing all things Go High Level:

- Calendars & availability management

- Workflows/Automations

- Funnels

- Forms

- Contact management

- Troubleshooting any issues

In addition you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with tech related to our Webinar process (GHL automations, funnel page edits, webhooks)

- Assisting in data collection for our webinars + monthly reporting / maintaining our tracking spreadsheets

- Build and maintain Zapier automations connecting GHL, spreadsheets and other tools

- Communicating with members of the team and assisting them with any tech issues they are having / tasks they need completed.

Must have skills:

- Solid hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, funnels, pipelines - not just contact entry)

- Zapier (multi-step zaps, filters, formatters, webhooks)

- Strong with Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, keeping large datasets clean)

- Comfortable reading data across systems and spotting when numbers don't reconcile

- Excellent verbal and written English

Nice to have:

- Meta ads familiarity

- Zoom Webinar / WebinarJam familiarity

Logistics:

- 15 hours per week to start with room to grow

- We are located in Australia - so you will need to be available during our business hours

- Salary will depend on experience level and likely range from 7-15 USD per hour.
