Technical Project Manager (WFH, Experience in Marketing Automation Platform)

About the Role

As our Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead high-impact digital initiatives within the Technical Services Group. Acting as the critical bridge between development teams and clients, you’ll translate complex technical guidelines into actionable project plans and own the entire lifecycle of multiple technical programs. From resource allocation and budget forecasting to risk mitigation and QA collaboration, you’ll ensure the flawless, on-time delivery of sophisticated technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects within TSG, ensuring scope, delivery dates, resourcing, and tasking are met.
  • Communicate technical guidelines to internal teams and clients for effective execution.
  • Provide progress updates, manage reviews, and coordinate feedback loops.
  • Forecast burn rates, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Track scope changes and adjust plans to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments, manage conflict, and enforce agency processes.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing enterprise marketing automation systems such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot Enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo and Workfront. or related marketing automation software.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience leading external client-facing technical projects from scope to delivery.
  • Prior experience in marketing/advertising agency operations.
  • Strong project management skills in monitoring/reporting project status, budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Knowledge of information architecture and UX best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • MCA (Marketo Certified Associate).
  • AI experience and curiosity.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
