Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical assistance and customer support through phone, chat, or email. Your primary responsibility is to diagnose technical concerns, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for helping customers solve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, internet, and connectivity issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions
  • Resolve technical and service-related concerns efficiently
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support teams
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and technical aptitude
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
