Technical Support - Solar or Renewable energy exp required (Remote)

As a Proactive Alerting Associate, you’ll monitor solar system alerts, diagnose issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolutions. What will you do as a Proactive Alerting Associate

  • Monitor and analyze solar system alerts using internal diagnostic tools to identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot system performance concerns and determine appropriate resolution steps.
  • Create, track, and manage service cases for issues requiring further action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system findings, diagnoses, and updates.
  • Proactively monitor system health to prevent customer impact.
  • Adhere to established processes, service standards, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support SOP updates.
  • Participate in team initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets while demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
What We're Looking For 
  • Associate Level: Minimum of 6 months of solar experience, or 2+ years in IT/technical troubleshooting, or 5+ years in customer support.
  • Specialist Level: At least 2 years of solar-related experience (e.g., technical support, field service, relevant coursework, or certification).
  • Experience using ticketing or CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar storage solutions.
