Technology Support, Administration Assistant – AU Real Estate Experience Required

Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate technology support requests with third-party software providers.
  • Track support tickets and provide regular reporting on trends, recurring issues, response times, and user adoption challenges.
  • Create and maintain Buxton-branded "How To" guides, user instructions, FAQs, and knowledge base content for business systems.
  • Perform ongoing data cleansing, auditing, and maintenance within our Sales CRM.
  • Assist with user account administration and general technology administration tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Technology Team on projects, audits, system rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Box+Dice CRM (essential)
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • CRM administration and data management
  • Reporting and dashboard preparation
  • Knowledge base or documentation creation platforms
  • Previous experience supporting real estate, property or franchise-based businesses.
  • Comfortable learning multiple software platforms quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, responsive and customer-service focused.
  • Able to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement from support and system data.
