This role goes beyond manual testing. We are looking for professionals who can build quality processes, lead testing initiatives and help teams deliver exceptional software.

What You May Be Working On Depending on the company and opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and executing QA strategies across web, mobile and SaaS products.
  • Leading manual and automated testing activities.
  • Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases and testing documentation.
  • Managing regression, functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Identifying, documenting and tracking software defects through to resolution.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers and Designers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Building or improving QA processes and quality standards.
  • Working with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines where appropriate.
  • Ensuring releases meet quality, usability and performance expectations.
  • Mentoring QA Engineers and helping improve testing capability across teams.
What We're Looking For We would like to connect with QA & Testing professionals who have:
  • Professional experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance or QA Management.
  • Experience testing SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail or similar.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar is highly regarded.
  • Experience working within Agile development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with Australian, US, UK or other international technology companies will be highly regarded.
