Tier 2 Windows & Apple Tech Support + Sales Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Tier 2/3 Technical Support & Sales Specialist to provide remote computer repair and technical support for U.S.-based customers. This is a performance-driven, remote position for professionals who already have advanced troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support and sales calls
  • Diagnose and resolve Windows, macOS, Chromebook, and mobile device issues remotely
  • Troubleshoot boot failures, BitLocker, password recovery, remote access, printers, Wi-Fi, and other technical problems
  • Recommend and close paid remote repair services
  • Meet daily sales and productivity goals
  • Document all customer interactions accurately
Requirements:
  • Proven Tier 2 or Tier 3 remote technical support experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification (current or expired; proof required)
  • Strong sales, phone closing, or retention experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, ChromeOS, and remote troubleshooting
  • Able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends
  • Available to start immediately
