Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Training Content Designer to develop engaging training curricula and e-learning materials that support employee learning and business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and creating interactive digital learning content using Articulate 360.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and instructional materials.
  • Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
  • Develop training curricula, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
  • Plan and coordinate learning programs and skills assessments.
  • Support trainers during the rollout of new training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and learner feedback.
  • Ensure all learning materials meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-learning development.
  • Hands-on experience using Articulate 360.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience developing interactive e-learning modules.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
