Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
  • Prequalify leads based on specific criteria before scheduling a discovery call.
  • Set up and confirm appointments for discovery calls with the sales team.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and understand their pain points.
  • Present our solutions and recommend suitable assistants based on client requirements.
  • Facilitate client endorsement interviews, ensuring clients can choose the assistant that best fits their needs.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for the client and assistant by overseeing the Day 1 onboarding process.
  • Provide the client with necessary information and expectations for working with their new assistant.
  • Act as the main point of contact to resolve any initial concerns or questions during the onboarding phase.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs proactively.
  • Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements.
  • Gather client feedback to improve the hiring and onboarding experience.



Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, client success, or account management.
  • Strong outbound calling and consultative sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through decision-making.
  • Experience facilitating interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working in a team structure, reporting to marketing and growth leads.

Schedule:

  • 40 Hours/Week
  • Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Standard Time


Offer and Benefits:

  • PHP 45,000/month, increasing to PHP 55,000/month after probation.
  • Commission structure in place from Day 1 for additional earnings.
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
