URGENT: GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert

Description


We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert who can build, optimize, and manage automation workflows, pipelines, and funnels for clients. You’ll play a key role in developing advanced CRM systems, integrating marketing automation, and improving client acquisition funnels.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and customize GoHighLevel accounts, snapshots, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Design and optimize lead capture funnels, forms, and email/SMS automations.
  • Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, calendars, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot automations and maintain high campaign deliverability.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting inside GHL for client KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance CRM performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of funnels, automations, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns.
  • Experience with Zapier, or API integrations.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing, tagging logic, and automation sequences.
  • Good communication skills and ability to document systems clearly.
  • Bonus: Experience with agency SaaS setups and snapshot duplication.
