Join our team of dedicated and dynamic ESL instructors teaching Korean students one-on-one online. We’re looking for competent, flexible, and enthusiastic teachers who can create an engaging virtual classroom experience and help learners build their confidence in speaking English.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 online English classes with Korean students via Zoom, Microsoft Teams,

Facilitate interactive and effective lessons that promote student participation

Use company-provided materials to deliver fun, compact and customized ESL instruction

Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to optimize learning outcomes

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment

✅ Qualifications

At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online or home-based preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or equivalent teaching background

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for education

Able to work independently in a professional home setup

🕒 Available Schedules (Philippine Time)

Part-Time (Fixed Salary: Paid With or Without Students)

5AM to 9AM ( Morning )

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hrs.)

6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 hrs.)

5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (6 hrs.)

💼 Full-Time broken schedule (Fixed Salary: Paid With or Without Students)

6:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive fixed salary: Starting at ₱120/hour

Paid even if student is absent
