BASIC SALARY: 20K PER MONTH

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Sales Agent with experience in sales, customer service, and administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is required.
  • Background as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Support Representative is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer follow-ups.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage calendars, emails, data entry, and documentation accurately.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps backup preferred), noise-cancelling headset, and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
  • Willing to work Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain client calendars.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Update CRM records and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining quality service.
