US Logistics Coordinator (WFH, Nightshift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
  • Track shipments and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations
  • Maintain accurate records within logistics systems such as ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination as required
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight terms, and logistics documentation
  • Experience using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Exposure to inventory management and warehouse operations is an advantage
Proficient With:
  • ERP and Transportation Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar)
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Shipping documentation and freight coordination
  • Inventory tracking and logistics reporting
