Location: Pasig City — Onsite
Salary: ₱95,000 – ₱100,000 + 10% Night Differential

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN BPO Team Leader to lead and manage a healthcare operations team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate must have strong people management skills, solid clinical experience, and proven leadership experience as a USRN Team Leader.

Qualifications

  • Active USRN License
  • At least 1 year of USRN Team Leader experience in a BPO environment — MUST
  • At least 3 years total BPO experience as a USRN
  • At least 2 years of hospital/bedside experience
  • Hospital experience in OR (Operating Room) or ED (Emergency Department) is required
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to manage team performance and operational targets
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig
  • Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of USRN healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against operational and quality metrics.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance, quality, and process-related issues.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, client, and company standards.
  • Support escalations and resolve complex operational concerns.
  • Collaborate with QA, Training, Operations, and other support teams.
  • Maintain strong employee engagement and promote a high-performing team culture.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management.

Compensation & Benefits

₱95,000 – ₱100,000 Monthly Salary
+ 10% Night Differential
